So what do we know and love about Rowena?

⭐️ She’s part of the 10-year crew and has been a constant support, team leader, and friend, especially over the past few years while myself and our other supervisors have taken time away for family.

⭐️ She’s always positive and calm, and somehow has a solution or answer to every question. She has a true “get things done” attitude.

⭐️ She can definitely take a joke… which is why we delivered the teeniest cake we could find 😂

⭐️ She’s incredibly talented and has a long list of loyal clients. You might be surprised by the strength of her massage for such a petite package!

⭐️ She also has a flair for design — tweaking the shelves until they look perfect and creating all the beautiful gift wrapping and bows for our ready-made gifts.

Above all, she’s a loving wife and mother, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our team. Happy Birthday, Rowena!!!

Let’s be honest… day spas & children aren’t always the perfect mix 😂

They don’t quite understand the whole “spa voice” thing, and the sound of little feet running through reception isn’t exactly part of the relaxing ambience.

But over the last few days, it’s honestly been so lovely watching your partners, kids & loved ones come in to choose thoughtful gifts and vouchers for the special women in their lives. One of my favourite parts is getting to watch your little ones grow up over the years and hearing all their stories when they come in.

Here’s a little snap of me with my favourites 💕 I’m sure you can probably guess which one is responsible for the early mornings & sleepless nights… and the other is my OG bestie who definitely causes me a fair bit of stress sometimes too 😂 But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
