Excited to be presenting a Twilight Talk at the historic Ballaarat Mechanics' Institute on November 25th, 5.30pm-6.30pm.

The talk will explore how to create good health by understanding the language of our bodies, signs and symptoms that are our bodies way of communicating with us. Presenting Neurobiome, an intersection of East and West, the old with the new, wisdom along with science.

Feels incredibly meaningful to share this work in Ballarat, my home town and home to one of Australia’s first Chinese settlements and a rich legacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
