My name is Allison Everett, I am the creator of the Ballarat Home Grown Owned & Operated Boutique Gym, Fitquest360. Fitquest360 was born from a desire to give to you what fitness gave to me, my life back. At 40 I realised I had not been living my true potential. I was stuck, stubborn, sad, & exhausted. Fitness is more than a workout, or a diet, it's a unique transformation from the inside out to completely change you. From physical strength you see a change in your inner strength to be stronger and braver, and more open to see opportunities in situations that you might now see as obstacles and impossibilities. I am honest & transparent, I will love you to bits and be kind and compassionate, and also open and supportive. I will show you a path to the change you want to see in you. The path is simple, but the work is often hard. I'll help you to simplify it and help you along the way as you do the work to get there. It's a journey, it doesn't have an end date. Your happiness and health doesn't come from a challenge or a diet. It comes from living your life outside the box and taking risks and stepping out from the rat race and ground hog routine. This is open to anyone who loves a good hybrid workout.
There's a blend of ergs, strength and conditioning in a 45 minute session.

StrongFit is a FitQuest360 original that has been a part of our program for years. It fits in super well for anyone training for hybrid race events, or just looking for a fun but challenging session with a blend of strength & fitness.

Past clients, friends of current clients, curious Ballarat residents who just want to come along... join in. We are a private training studio so this is not a "free trial to join us".. this is literally an open to the public free workout.

A basic level of fitness is required.. I wouldn't say come along for a come and try if you've not been doing some kind of training. We have other sessions that suit and support you there.

We cap this workout at 24 so there are only limited spaces available. We would love to welcome you to come and do a workout with us tomorrow.

Before you say I don’t feel comfortable in a gym… consider this… it’s not just about getting fit, it’s about finding your fit. and I’m not your average trainer šŸ˜…I do things like leave a sink of running water unattended during a workout - and create playlists that get voted out… and well we just know it’s not just about the workouts- it’s an experience šŸ˜„

From the outside looking in all you see are the workouts .. but we do all sorts of things like challenges where the members earn points for turning up, because if just turning up is your let down, then trust me … I’ll find a way to drag your butt along šŸ˜…

Be honest though - how much judgement have you passed on someone you don’t even know?

Be honest it’s human nature to make assumptions and you’d be lying to say you haven’t.

Hey … did I say it was negative judgement - noooo I didn’t.

But if you’re head went there into the negative nanny nitty picky … I was chatting to a client today and she said she’s totally judgmental on the outset of a first meeting - doesn’t mean she doesn’t change her perspective.

So if your head did go on that negative Nancy nitty picky version of judgment here’s my final speak on my uncool series.

1. Get over it .
2. Until you know you don’t know.
3. Go to 1 and 2.

Are you confused by what you want to do in the gym versus what you need?

Here let me ALLISPLAIN it to you … people get caught up in getting what they want with a workout and that’s great for a minute - but what you truly want isn’t the workout specifically - it’s the outcome.

What you really really want is a result … what you need is the pathway to get there.

Part 3 of my UNCOOL series. I may not be super cool but I’m super passionate about your outcome .

You don’t come to me to get a workout you want as such - you come to get the result you want.

So next time you’re looking up gyms ask - how can you help me get there - not how many sessions can I do and how much does it cost . Because what you need is the direction to get to what you want. Don’t trade money for workouts .

Spend wisely and remember - it might be cool to have the latest (insert x y z) but it’s even cooler to own your outcome and nothing you buy can replace that amazing feeling of accomplishment.

See - not cool is cool!
