Hi Everyone,
Are you ready to get into shape for summer???
Well here is your chance to do just that, and i am here to help you on your journey.
Introducing Small Group Personal Training, its a small group - 6 people of personalised Personal Training where i will be your trainer/coach to help you reach and achieve your goals.
Training will be held at On Track or if weather is nice we can train outside. Members are $100 or Non Members $120 for 6 weeks.
Its 1 session a week for 1hr, so its less then $20 per session(cheaper then a normal PT session for 1hr)
