Breathwork, Meditation & Sound Healing Immersion

Together we'll begin with gentle guided breath work and meditation, creating space to unwind from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence.

From there, allow yourself to be carried by the celestial tones of the Crystal Bowls and Celtic Harp as your body settles, your mind quietens, and your nervous system receives the gift of rest.

These monthly community immersions have been created as a sanctuary for those seeking a simple reset, a chance to release mental clutter, soften physical tension, and restore balance from the inside out.

Our intention is that the peace cultivated within the space extends beyond the session itself, flowing into your relationships, your home, your work, and your wider community like a gentle ripple effect.

As places are limited, every RSVP is important. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list.
