SPIRIT ANIMAL MEDITATION WORKSHOP
There are times in life when we feel the call to return to nature, to listen more deeply, and to reconnect with the ancient wisdom that lives within us.
Spirit Animals have long been seen as guides, messengers and companions on our soul journey.
They arrive when we need support, courage, healing, protection or a gentle reminder of who we truly are.
Join me for a sacred afternoon of guided meditation as we journey beyond the noise of everyday life and into the quiet spaces where Spirit speaks.

Connect with your Spirit Animal guide/s
Deepen your intuition and inner knowing
Receive personal messages and insights
Experience relaxation, healing and spiritual connection
Whether your guide appears as a gentle koala, wise kangaroo, soaring eagle, playful dolphin or another beautiful being, trust that the animal who comes forward carries exactly the medicine your soul needs at this time.

Pillow and blanket for comfort & warmth during the guided mediation.
Personal journal and pen for taking notes once you have completed the mediation.
