🌀Every Reiki Session Is Different

One of the most beautiful things about Reiki is that no two sessions are ever the same.
Just as no two days in nature are identical, each person arrives carrying different experiences, emotions, energies, and needs.

What unfolds during a Reiki session is unique to that moment in time.
Some sessions bring a deep sense of relaxation, as though the body is finally able to exhale.
Some may feel emotionally releasing, allowing old feelings to gently surface and move through.
Others can feel uplifting, inspiring clarity, insight, or a renewed sense of purpose.

You may experience warmth, tingling, colours, visions, memories, or simply a profound sense of peace. Another person may experience something completely different.
Even for the same person, each Reiki session can feel unique.

As we grow, heal, and move through life’s seasons, our energy shifts and Reiki meets us exactly where we are.

There is no right way to experience Reiki.
