I've taken a little beach holiday to truly listen to my own heart and create a space for myself. It’s a reminder to appreciate the little things in life and to slow down. Instead of waiting until I’m overwhelmed, I’m embracing the importance of taking breaks.

This time away has opened up so much for me… new ideas, opportunities and a vision for my studio!

I can’t wait to share the videos, explore new places, and create an inviting space where others can also find their breathing room.

Fun fact about me… I was a handbag designer for 15 years before I came out to Australia, my designs were sold in High Street stores all across the UK, Australia, and Europe!

This week, in my Thursday girls group, we dabbled in some amazing fashion designs made from recycled artworks. I can already picture those fabulous creations strutting down the catwalks during London fashion week!

You don’t have to be productive.
You don’t have to justify taking a break. 🌿

Sometimes rest is the thing you need most, not something you have to deserve.

Put the list down for a while. 📝
Take a breath. 🌬️
Make something. 🎨
Do nothing. ☁️

*Masters Update*

Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend time at Communities at Work Galilee School working alongside teachers, educators and support staff as part of my Masters placement.
It was such a privilege to create a little space in the middle of term to pause, reflect, create and reconnect. By acknowledging the challenges of teaching while also making room for the joy and moments that sustain us we created our own inner landscapes.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Galilee School for welcoming me so warmly. 💛
