Hope and Care Pty Ltd is aware of allegations recently published on social media concerning the company, its operations and members of its management.
Hope and Care is a regulated provider operating within a comprehensive legislative and regulatory framework. We take our obligations seriously and remain committed to providing high-quality services and support to our participants and their families.
The allegations circulating on social media are categorically denied. Any suggestion that Hope and Care is systematically engaged in fraudulent conduct or operating sham services is rejected in the strongest possible terms.
Many of the allegations are currently the subject of legal advice and review. Hope and Care has retained lawyers and professional advisers to respond appropriately and protect the company’s legal rights and reputation. Court proceedings are already on foot, and further proceedings are anticipated in connection with additional matters.
We remind the community that allegations circulated widely online can have serious consequences not only for the company, but also for our participants, families, employees and other stakeholders who rely upon our services.
