But what’s it actually for?

The drugs only make sense if the rest of the setup makes sense.

Training.
Food.
Recovery.
Bloodwork.
Boring stuff.

Most of the time people are throwing compounds at the wall like a pissed-up chemist.

AAS are tools.
Tools need a job.

If the plan underneath is sloppy, the drugs don’t fix it.

The anabolic:androgenic ratio is one of those things that's easy to understand at a surface level and very easy to overextend.

It's a comparison tool based on controlled models.

Very useful for context, but incomplete by design.

The issue isn't that the ratio is wrong. It's that it only represents one dimension of the drug's effects.

And when you base decisions on a single dimension, you ignore the systems that actually determine long-term outcomes.

A lot f**k up but because they're looking at the wrong variables.
