As a young athlete I was fascinated by how I could optimise all aspects of my life so that it might positively impact my performance. It led me down a rabbit hole of information overload and I craved a mentor who could teach me to make sense of what I was learning and how then to put it into practice.
I was fortunate enough to encounter such a mentor. He had such a profound impact on my life that I’ve dedicated myself to paying forward that coaching and mentorship to help others who are struggling.
An integrated fitness program is more than just a workout or nutrition template with macros. Integrated fitness accounts for everything that makes you, you. No two humans are identical, so why would your program ever look like anyone else’s? Through a thorough evaluation of your biomechanics, energy systems nutrition and lifestyle, I will develop a program that meets you where you are at and nudges you to where you want to be.
