Doctors say “eczema is just genetic… nothing you can do - take this cream, pill or injection.”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But guess what?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Genetics are just a tiny grain of sand compared to what new research shows:⁣⁣
Epigenetics matter more.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Your environment, stress, gut health, and nervous system ⁣⁣
all influence your skin (AND you can change those!)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Even if it’s been decades.⁣⁣
Even if you’ve “tried everything.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Based on the latest epigenetic research, Healing IS Possible⁣⁣
when you…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅ Understand your eczema triggers and hidden root causes⁣⁣
✅ Heal your gut and support your microbiome⁣⁣
✅ Regulate your nervous system and reduce inflammatory patterns⁣⁣
✅ Repair your skin barrier from the inside out⁣⁣
✅ Build resilience to prevent future flares⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is the exact process we guide you through inside the Love Your Skin Program.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Our team of naturopaths, practitioners, and BodyMind coaches ⁣⁣
has helped hundreds of clients gain lasting relief… not just quick fixes.⁣⁣
✨ “This is the first time in 15 years I’ve gone months without a flare.”⁣⁣
✨ “I’ve stopped relying on steroid creams completely.”⁣⁣
✨ “My skin is healing and I finally feel like myself again.”⁣⁣

Natalie saw two dermatologists. Four naturopaths. Topical steroids, light therapy, allergy testing, acupuncture, reiki.⁣

She spent 11 years trying to get on top of her eczema.⁣

"No matter what I ate, no matter what I did, the rashes would not go away...⁣
I just accepted it as something I'd have for the rest of my life"⁣

You've probably run a shorter version of that list⁣

Dairy gone. Then gluten. ⁣
Then eggs, nuts, nightshades, histamine⁣
The probiotics. The zinc. The fish oil.⁣
A food sensitivity panel.⁣

A candida cleanse⁣
Maybe a detox or two⁣

Some of it helped for a week⁣
Most of it did nothing⁣
Some made your skin worse⁣

So you landed on the conclusion that seemed to fit.⁣

Either you're doing this wrong or your eczema is so bad or complicated that.⁣

It just can't be fixed⁣

There's a third option⁣
You did the right things⁣
You did them in the wrong order⁣

And the wrong order doesn't just slow things down.⁣

It keeps the skin red and itchy while you work, and while you try to rest⁣
It kills your ability to rest and play.⁣

Because a tool that helps at the right stage backfires⁣
when you use it at the wrong one.⁣

Gut support, immune work, nervous system regulation, clearing gut overgrowth.⁣
All real tools.⁣

But controlling eczema requires the right tools in the right sequence.⁣
Comment ITCH to watch my free training on what to do 👇🏼⁣

Eczema treatments at the wrong time?⁣

Are like straightening a mirror with a sledgehammer⁣
The tool might be powerful⁣

But your using it at the wrong moment and⁣

It makes your skin flare worse⁣

But the right tools, in the right sequence at the right time?⁣

Is why my clinic has been able to help over 1,000 people take control of their eczema.⁣

Comment “ITCH” to watch “How to break the Itch Scratch Cycle” 👇🏼⁣

Here's Zoe. A trained naturopath, who'd already spent heavily on her own testing, supplements and skincare, and still couldn't clear her own skin.⁣

"Don't waste your time doing all these little bits and pieces, getting in that Google rabbit hole of 'how do I fix this' come make one investment, have a whole team of people supporting you, and work on everything simultaneously"⁣

For years I watched eczema warriors do all the right things…⁣

They’d cut out foods.⁣
Take supplements.⁣
Work on their gut.⁣
Meditate.⁣
Run functional tests.⁣

Sometimes those things helped.⁣
But sometimes they didn’t.⁣

Or they’d help for a while,⁣
Then another flare would come along and they were back wondering…⁣

“What am I missing?”⁣

After healing my own lifelong eczema and working with over 1,000 clients, one thing became increasingly clear…⁣

Finding root causes is only part of the puzzle.⁣

You also need to know what to prioritise.⁣

Because the body isn’t a collection of separate systems.⁣

✨ The gut communicates with the immune system.⁣
✨ The nervous system influences digestion and inflammation.⁣
✨ Nutrient status affects repair.⁣
✨ Your skin barrier is influenced by what’s happening both internally and externally.⁣

So throwing five different “root-cause” interventions ⁣
at the body at once isn't necessarily better.⁣

Sometimes it’s simply the wrong tool at the wrong time.⁣

That’s one of the reasons we developed ⁣
the Hierarchy of Healing inside Love Your Skin.⁣

It gives us a framework to ask:⁣

… Where is this person now? ⁣
… What is their body telling us? ⁣
… What makes sense to prioritise next?⁣

It’s also why two eczema warriors ⁣
with the same diagnosis of eczema ⁣
Can have different root causes and healing roadmaps.⁣

There is no universal eczema protocol.⁣
There is a process for figuring out yours.⁣

And over the coming months, I’m excited to show you much more of the thinking, clinical processes, team and research behind the Love Your Skin Clinic.⁣

💛 If you’ve been trying to heal your eczema tell me below:⁣

What have you tried that helped?⁣
What left you feeling even more stuck?⁣

The newest addition to our family 💕⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After only 7 hours of labour (compared to 31 hours last time!) ⁣⁣
Milo arrived and I was able to have a water birth this time!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Since then we've been enjoying time together with family and friends.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s such a wild experience going from being pregnancy, birthing, ⁣⁣
to all of a sudden having koala cuddles with this precious little human 🥰⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s also given me time to reflect on my journey from lifelong eczema to remission.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Changing how I eat.⁣⁣
How I sleep.⁣⁣
How I relate to myself and the world.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Now, moving through a completely different chapter of health,⁣⁣
preparing my body for pregnancy, having two children, ⁣⁣
and navigating the reality of managing my eczema throughout it all.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We're home now, adjusting to life as a family of four, and honestly, it’s been such a whirlwind getting to this point.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It's really surreal to have this little bubba here in my arms.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
What this means for you…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For the next three months, I'm stepping back from the day to day at the Love Your Skin Clinic.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Not gone. ⁣⁣
Just present with my family.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Over the coming weeks, I'm going to introduce you to ⁣⁣
the people who also run the clinic alongside me.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Our Nutritionists and Naturopaths.⁣⁣
Our coaches.⁣⁣
Our Psychologist.⁣⁣
And the team behind every case.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I also want to show you more of the Research & Development project we've been running here in Australia.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
(Apologies if you requested our lit review a few weeks ago, we ran out of time for consumer release before Milo arrived!)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I would love for you to see how Love Your Skin actually works ⁣⁣
and the skilled and proficient team we have in our clinic.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🌟 And one little clinic update while I’m away…⁣⁣

We’ll be keeping our Love Your Skin intake intentionally small over the next few months, with only just 12 spots available.⁣⁣

It simply means the team can continue giving each person the time, attention and support this work deserves.⁣⁣

You might’ve heard chickpeas are bad because they…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
❓ Contain phytic acid (“anti-nutrients”)⁣⁣
❓ Cause bloating + gas⁣⁣
❓ Are bad for SIBO⁣⁣
❓ Worsen “leaky gut”⁣⁣
❓ Cause inflammation⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Then you hear the complete opposite…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✔️ Nutrient-dense⁣⁣
✔️ Gut-loving⁣⁣
✔️ High in fibre⁣⁣
✔️ Affordable + versatile⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Confused?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Of course 😂 The nutrition world is a wild rodeo.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Here’s the nuance 👇🏼⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For many people, chickpeas can be a great way to use food as medicine.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🌿 Prebiotic fibre → feeds beneficial gut microbes⁣⁣
🌿 Plant protein → provides amino acids needed for tissue + skin repair⁣⁣
🌿 Zinc, magnesium + folate → important nutrients for normal skin and immune function⁣⁣
🌿 Protein + fibre → help create a more balanced, satisfying meal⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But they're not the right tool for everyone at every stage.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🚩If chickpeas leave you extremely bloated, uncomfortable ⁣⁣
or reacting every time you eat them, don't force them just because they're “healthy.”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That reaction is information.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Looking at your portion size, digestive function, gut symptoms ⁣⁣
and where you are in your healing journey.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🔍 What about phytic acid? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Yes, legumes contain phytates⁣⁣
which can reduce the absorption of minerals such as iron and zinc from that meal.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But that doesn't make chickpeas unhealthy.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Soaking, sprouting and high heat cooking can reduce phytate levels,⁣⁣
Increasing bioavailability of minerals.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
My practical approach:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
→ Using dried? Soak, rinse + cook thoroughly⁣⁣
→ Time poor? Canned chickpeas, drain + rinse well⁣⁣
→ Sensitive gut? Start with a smaller portion and see how your body responds⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Right food. Right person. Right time.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
📌 Crunchy Chickpea Snack Recipe⁣⁣
Savoury Version:⁣⁣
• Toss cooked chickpeas in olive oil, salt, garlic, chili, paprika (or your fave seasoning)⁣⁣
• Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 28–30 min, tossing halfway⁣⁣
Sweet Version:⁣⁣
• Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup with cinnamon and a pinch of salt⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ever tried roasted chickpeas? Got a fave eczema-friendly snack?⁣⁣
