Real Talk
The return from Bali hasn’t been ideal.

Not just the adjustment back to reality. But trying to restore some goodness back into my bones while battling sickness on multiple fronts.

Intentional eating doesn’t always look like a perfect bowl. Sometimes it’s just listening, and adding what your body actually needs- even when you have to coax it a little.

When I have felt like eating, nutrient dense food has been the last thing my body was asking for. Honestly? Carbs. That’s been about it.

And it just wouldn’t do.

This morning started with plain bone broth but it lacked the substance to actually feel fed… so in went lentils, buckwheat, quinoa and celery. Turmeric on top for some extra love.

As a lineup, this bowl is doing a lot of quiet work, iron, zinc, magnesium, collagen, anti-inflammatory compounds and natural electrolytes. The kind of things your body burns through when it’s fighting something and doesn’t loudly ask to be replaced.
Gut repair, immune support, inflammation down.

Happy Friday tribe. 🤍

As I mentioned before I left — we’re switching things up. Weekly menu drops will now happen on Fridays for Sunday pickup.

This week I am cooking until the final hour so bear with me — what’s coming out of that kitchen is worth the wait. 🙌🏻

Once we’re back to full swing there’ll be flexibility around all of this of course. But for now — Friday drops, Sunday pickup. That’s the move.

One week down. 🌴

🧘‍♀️ Bali is bliss
But I haven’t forgotten about you all for a second.

I’ll be home and ready to cook again in two weeks, so yes I’m already thinking about the kitchen.
There will be 30 meals ready to go straight off the bat — but give me a little time to land, regroup and get my head back in the game before the cooking begins. 🙌🏻
