Life Medical Imaging was proud to be part of The Bone Lab Education Evening, hosted last week by . 🦴💪

The evening brought together three expert speakers to discuss different aspects of bone health, including exercise, nutrition, and the importance of early assessment and diagnosis.

Rhiannon Wilton from Conveniently Active spoke about osteoporosis and the important role exercise plays in building and maintaining stronger bones, while dietitian Nicole Saliba from shared practical nutrition strategies to support bone health in everyday life.

Representing Life Medical Imaging, Dr Vikram Sagar provided valuable insight into DEXA bone density scans and their role in assessing bone health and identifying conditions such as osteoporosis.
