What a fantastic night at the Philippine National Day Ball, celebrating the 128th anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence.

The highlight of the evening was the beautiful Santacruzan parade, a stunning celebration of Filipino faith, culture, and tradition. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time and effort, and especially to my fellow committee members, for making this event such a wonderful success Philippine Cultural Society of Batemans Bay

Almost 20 years ago, when I first moved to Australia, I walked into the Meals on Wheels office in Moruya just wanting to learn more about what they do. I remember thinking how amazing their support for the community was and quietly hoping I could be part of something like that one day.

Now, I feel so grateful to be a part of this dedicated board and chairing the Community Engagement Committee. It honestly makes me so happy to give back in a way that aligns with my love for nutrition and community care.

Oh the joys of sailing…one minute you’re gliding like a pro, the next you’re fully committed to an unexpected swim.

Luckily, I had a real-life superhero on standby - Heron Single Handed World Champion Elyce Gresty. Thanks for the rescue, legend! Next time I’ll try to keep the boat the right way up 😅

Last Sunday marked the final sailing race at Coila Lake.

Perfect weather, great company, and a beautiful way to wrap up the season. Couldn’t have asked for better conditions on the water...just sunshine, breeze, and good vibes all around.

What a great day at the Easter Charity Race last Sunday filled with style, glamour, and wonderful community spirit in support of Eurobodalla Regional Hospital Carers Accommodation.

Being one of the judges certainly wasn’t easy, with so many showcasing their best Autumn/Easter race outfits..everyone looked incredible!

A big thank you to the Moruya Jockey Club for hosting such a fabulous event and all the sponsors of the Fashions on the Field.
