Your body answers before your mind does 🧠

A yes feels like opening, warmth, your breath dropping low.

A no feels like tightening, heat, a knot in the belly.
Or maybe a difderent place in the body intirally for you 🔥

Most of us were never taught to feel the difference, so we override it, say yes when we mean no, and wonder why we're so heavy.

In this practice I guide you into the body and let you feel both. No fixing and no figuring it out, just feeling.

I'm not here to tell you what's right for you. I'm here to hold the space while you remember you already know.

Trust you heart over the ego. 🤍

Is $1,333 too much to spend on yourself?

Here's the question underneath that one👇

when did you last spend anything on yourself without guilt?

You've poured into your home, your kids, your relationships, your work. All while quietly telling yourself you'd look after you later.
This is later 🤍

Unbridled Souls Retreat, Nov 6-8, Oaks Ranch, Mossy Point.
Two nights, all your meals, and three days of horse energy, Reiki, breathwork, fire ceremony and sisterhood.

That's under $450 a day.

And if you're thinking

"I don't know if I'm ready"

readiness is a myth. You decide, and the readiness follows.

If something in you is asking the question, that's not doubt.

That's your intuition getting your attention.

Only 8 women. Shared rooms. Payment plans available.

Closed for the long weekend 🌿

I am taking a little breather and will be back next Wednesday.

I hope you fill your cup and enjoy time with family, friends or some well-earned solo time. ✨
A little note from me 🌼 As a small business, I've always paid the surcharge myself and have never passed it on to my clients. That isn't changing, so my prices stay exactly the same. 🤍

Thank you, past, present and future, for being here and supporting me. It truly means the world.

Book in now to grab your spot! 💇‍♀️

Happy long weekend, lovelies!
Much love, Neat 🤍

The Inner Wave, Wild and Whole 🌊

Ground the soul. Descend into truth. Rise into purpose.

This isn't hair advice or a five-step plan.

It's 90 days of sitting in the truth of who you really are, releasing what's been keeping you small, and rising into a life and business that actually feels like you.

Chakra alignment, shadow work, intuitive readings, crystal healing, Reiki, boundaries work, purpose mapping ,all held across weekly 1:1 calls, just you and me.

If something in you is stirring reading this... that's not an accident. 🌿
DM me "Inner Wave" if this resonates 💛

What we do reflects back 🪞

🗣How we speak to ourselves
❎️What we tolerate
🤔Where we shrink and where we show up

Life has a way of holding up a mirror, and whatever we're carrying inside tends to show up in the people, patterns, and moments around us.

Mirror work isn't about blame. It's about noticing. When something stirs you, ask what it's showing you about yourself.

When someone lights you up, ask what it's reflecting that's already whole in you.

Change what's inside, and the reflection changes too. 🤍

I'm not "just a hairdresser." 🐎

None of us are , but let's be real, when you sit in my chair, you're not just getting a cut.

You're stepping into a sacred space.

And no, I don't mean the gossip and tea kind (cliché, we've all had that chair).

I mean something deeper.

I sit with people in their hard moments.
I hold space
I listen with more than my ears

Hair is the doorway

healing is what actually happens.

13 years behind the chair taught me that the chair was never just about the chair. ✨

There's something about water under fire energy , it doesn't fight, it just moves.

It carries. It releases.

This Full Moon in Aries is asking you to do the same. Not force. Not grip. Just let it flow.

Drop into your body for a second to the sound of this video

Where do you feel this energy contracting , expanding the most?

It might be a place such as your heart, your gut, your throat, your feet.

Or

it might be a feeling ,grief, love, anger, relief.

Whatever comes up, however random it feels, that's your word.

👇 Comment your word (or 3 words) below and I'll write you a love letter for that energy , to help you release what's ready to go with this fire moon.

Last night I got to hold space for five incredible women under the full moon 🌕

Wild at Heart Circle was everything I hoped it would be ✨️ real conversations ✨️ oracle cards✨️quiet moments of Reiki, and the kind of sisterhood that doesn't need to perform to be felt

I'm so grateful to every woman who showed up exactly as she was. Watching hearts soften, watching ego step aside for intuition, even for just 90 minutes 🔥 that's the whole reason I do this work.

This was just a taste.

Unbridled Souls Retreat is where we go deeper

🐎 Nov 6-8, and there's still a little magic in it for anyone who was in that room last night 🤍
