💡 Struggling with unpaid fines? A Work and Development Order may help.

ENGAGE works with Revenue NSW to support eligible people through the Work and Development Order (WDO) Program.

A WDO allows eligible participants to reduce their NSW fine debt by taking part in approved activities, which may include:
✅ Life skills programs
✅ Counselling or treatment
✅ Volunteer work
✅ Educational, vocational or personal development activities
✅ Support for alcohol, drug or mental health concerns

Rather than letting fines become overwhelming, a WDO can provide a practical pathway to address your debt while building skills, confidence and support.

ENGAGE’s Life Skills Program offers supportive, hands-on guidance for people going through a tough time or wanting to make positive changes.

The program can help participants strengthen:
✅ Relationships and communication
✅ Emotional wellbeing
✅ Problem-solving and decision-making
✅ Confidence, identity and personal growth
✅ Coping skills, goals and everyday life skills

The program is practical, interactive and centred around what matters to each person. Participants choose their focus, work at their own pace and build skills that connect directly to real-life situations.

Available one-on-one or in groups.

• Helping someone attend appointments
• Assisting with everyday routines
• Encouraging and building independence
