Sometimes life becomes busy, and we spend so much time caring for everyone else that we forget to give ourselves the same love and attention. I believe it is so important to create time to pause, breathe, and simply allow yourself to receive. An Angelic Reiki healing session can be a beautiful opportunity to relax, let go of stress, and create space for peace and renewal.

I love this gentle reminder because it helps me come back to what truly matters. Yesterday has already happened, and tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. But today is here, right now, offering us another beautiful opportunity to breathe, be grateful, create happy memories, show kindness, and simply enjoy the moment we have been given.
I believe that being present can bring us a wonderful sense of peace. When we stop carrying yesterday and stop worrying about tomorrow, we create space within ourselves for healing, gratitude and joy. Sometimes we don't need to have all the answers—we simply need to trust the journey and take one gentle step at a time. 🕊️

Have you ever stopped to give yourself permission to heal? 🌿
One of the most beautiful practices I have incorporated into my own healing journey is repeating a simple Healing Mantra with love and intention. These words remind me to slow down, honour my body, and trust in its incredible ability to heal. Every time I speak them, I choose to open my heart to Divine light, release what no longer serves me, and reconnect with the peace that already exists within.
My Healing Mantra is a gentle reminder that every cell, every breath, and every heartbeat carries the potential for healing. When I consciously give myself permission to receive Divine love, trust my body's wisdom, and express gratitude, I feel more centred, peaceful, and aligned. Healing isn't always about fixing something—sometimes it's simply about allowing ourselves to receive the love and light that has always been there.
