🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

This October, we’re raising awareness about breast cancer and the importance of looking after your breast health.

💕 Know your normal
Get to know how your breasts normally look and feel, so you can recognise any changes.

💕 Don’t ignore changes
See your GP if you notice a new lump, change in breast shape or size, ni**le changes, unusual discharge, skin changes or anything else that concerns you.

💕 Keep up with screening
Breast screening can help detect breast cancer early, sometimes before there are any noticeable symptoms.

🌸 Your breast health matters — at every age.

If you have concerns about your breasts or are unsure whether you’re due for screening, speak with our friendly team at Beachmere Health Centre.
