Had to share this very truthful statement.

Many people will swallow a tablet without ever asking what is in it, how it works, or what effects it may have upon the body. Yet mention a herb, a poultice or a simple remedy from nature, and suddenly they demand proof that it is safe.

Plants have been used by humanity for centuries. Our grandmothers understood them, our ancestors depended upon them, and the Creator placed them here long before the first pharmaceutical laboratory existed.

We should never be frightened out of learning about the natural world around us.

The body was designed with an extraordinary ability to heal when we remove the obstacles and provide the right conditions. Pure air, clean water, sunshine, nourishing food, rest, movement, temperance and trust in God.

Why I only choose thermal imaging.

Women all around America and other industrialized nations are told that regular mammograms are the best approach for early breast cancer detection.

A mammogram is an X-ray of the breast that looks to find tumorous growths that are otherwise undetectable in a physical exam.

New research has revealed how dangerous mammograms are. This is why I recommend thermography and ultrasounds for viewing abnormal growths in the breast tissue.

What an incredible night!!

We are still on a high..

Our sound healing evening started with a solo demonstration of the magical sound of the hand pan played by the incredibly talented Sunni Holden ( ).
Then some gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and relax the mind and body. After everyone was in a space for their body to heal, Sunni & I created a deeply relaxing environment as we played the Crystal Singing Bowls and the Handpan. Working together to create incredible harmonies to enhance healing via the magic of vibrational sound waves, brought us such joy and we are forever grateful for those who attended and shared this special evening with us.

I am incredible honoured and grateful that Sunni was able to be our special guest for this event. It really was remarkable to work with him

Here is a little snippet of how the night went.
