What an incredible night!!

We are still on a high..

Our sound healing evening started with a solo demonstration of the magical sound of the hand pan played by the incredibly talented Sunni Holden ( ).
Then some gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and relax the mind and body. After everyone was in a space for their body to heal, Sunni & I created a deeply relaxing environment as we played the Crystal Singing Bowls and the Handpan. Working together to create incredible harmonies to enhance healing via the magic of vibrational sound waves, brought us such joy and we are forever grateful for those who attended and shared this special evening with us.

I am incredible honoured and grateful that Sunni was able to be our special guest for this event. It really was remarkable to work with him
