🌟 Key Responsibilities:
• Personal care, daily living support and medication assistance
• Supporting community access and meaningful activities
• Encouraging independence using a strengths based approach
• Building respectful relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
• Implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
• Supporting client safety, wellbeing and rights
📌 Requirements:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid and CPR
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster including night shifts
• Sleepover shifts required
• Willingness to complete short community shifts (4 to 5 hrs)
• Mental Health experience HIGHLY regarded
