As promised, I’m sharing my daily activities as we move towards this coming Saturday.

Today was mostly rest however, I did decide to w**d the front garden for a bit this afternoon, in the rain. Good for the headspace 😊

I also meditated to some light language channeling by .

And I watched a couple of k-drama episodes (a bit of an indulgence I have 😆) such great messaging in the South Korean storytelling. The one I’m watching now is relatable for the fact the lead woman is re-entering the workforce after being a full time mother for 11 years. I don’t relate to the divorce or homelessness part however the job/career part (more on this to come)

Yes, I have my energy healing business however (you may relate if you also do this) my calendar has not been booked out much recently for whatever reason?

SO, I’ve been job hunting.

As we head into the final week of May 2026, I've created a blog post and podcast episode in honour of World MS Day 2026 - This coming Saturday 30th May.

The theme is sharing about our MS Diagnosis and Navigating MS Together.

This month I felt inspired to channel some guidance and wisdom for May 2026 energy so far. Felt good to do this on the 11th (yesterday).

Thanks to AI I've also been able to summarise and review the guidance that came through in the blog post. Yes, AI is something I will use to help me be a little more succinct and get the word out for my work. Especially when it can act like a personal VA transcriber!
