✨ New Dawn.

It felt like Spirit whispering:
"You've survived more than you realise."

Maybe life still feels uncertain.
Maybe you don't know what comes next.

That's okay.

You don't have to see the whole path.
You only need enough light for the next step.

Every sunrise is another opportunity to begin again.
Every breath is another chance to choose differently.

If August has felt heavy...
I hope you remember this.
The light hasn't left you.
Sometimes it's simply waiting beneath the noise.

One card surprised me this month.
Mercury.
Open Communication.

Immediately I thought it was about speaking our truth.
But Spirit showed me something different.

Communication is also...
Listening.
Listening to ourselves.
Listening to our loved ones.
Listening to what isn't being said.
Sometimes we're not angry.
We're exhausted.
Sometimes we're not frustrated.
We're hurting.

The way we speak to ourselves eventually becomes the way we speak to others.

So today...
Pause.
Take a breath.
Choose one loving sentence you'd like to hear...
Then say it to yourself first.

Can I be honest?
I've been feeling burnt out.

Running a business while working another job has stretched me more than I expected.

This month's reading reminded me that burnout isn't a sign you're failing.
It's often a sign you've been giving more energy than you've been receiving.

Spirit kept bringing me back to one word:
Restore.
Sometimes healing looks like...
🌊 floating in water
🛁 taking a bath
🌿 sitting quietly
💙 saying no
😴 getting extra sleep

Healing isn't always another thing to achieve.
Sometimes it's permission to stop.

How is your body asking you to slow down right now?

One of the strongest messages Spirit brought through this month was gratitude.

Not because life is perfect.
Not because we're supposed to ignore our struggles.
But because what we focus on grows.
Gratitude isn't pretending everything is okay.

It's choosing to notice that even in difficult seasons...
✨ there's still kindness.
✨ there's still beauty.
✨ there's still love.

I've been reminding myself of this every day lately.

Some days that gratitude is simply...
"I got through today."
And that's enough.

Lately, life has felt... loud.
Not just busy.
Emotionally loud.
I've noticed myself becoming more tired, more emotional and more easily triggered than usual.
At first I blamed being busy.
But when I sat down to record this month's reading, Spirit gently reminded me that sometimes what we're feeling isn't just about what's happening around us...
It's about how little space we've been giving ourselves to simply breathe.
That became the heart of this month's August Energy Reading.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or like you've lost your spark a little, I hope this message reminds you that you're not alone.
