Representatives of seven workers cooperatives across NSW, VIC and TAS came together to discuss the joys and challenges of running businesses as worker/owners. More workers cooperatives joined us by Zoom on the second day. I think we all agreed that the care and dignity of work offered by this business model should be better known in Australia.
