We are delighted to welcome back Sheree as National Nurse Manager, based at Belair Family Health Centre and in her national role with Medical First.
A highly experienced Registered Nurse, Sheree is passionate about patient care and supporting GPs to deliver the best outcomes. She understands the challenges of primary care and works alongside GPs to ease the load, strengthen care coordination, and enhance the patient experience.
With extensive general practice nursing experience, she provides services in:
-Chronic disease management and care planning
-Immunisations and travel vaccinations
-Wound care and health assessments
Sheree has a special interest in Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), is a member of the Australian POTS Foundation, and advocates for patients and awareness in the community.
In her leadership role, she empowers nurses while supporting GPs with efficient systems, clinical governance, and a strong team-based approach. She collaborates with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure safe, high-quality, and coordinated care.
Sheree is excited to reconnect with the community and continue driving positive change in healthcare.
