On these cool and rainy Winter days we will practice with the intention to warm up our bodies from the inside out!
There’s nothing like moving the body to increase our circulation and warmth and before you know it - presto - cold has turned to warm!
YANG practices this week will include a melt the fuzz flow plus some MFR for our calves quads and glutes
YIN practices will focus on our winter lines and include brushing, tapping and chi shakes to warm up
I’ve been homebound with a cold for the last 3 x days
Sometimes there’s just no other choice but surrendering to the need for rest and recovery…
Thankfully today I’m getting back on top of my health - definitely on the improve (albeit a bit croaky)
Feeling nourished by homemade soup, ginger & honey tea and some immune boosting practices.
Some positives from downtime at home?
* Nature watching in the garden with my doggo companion and a warm cuppa
* Sleep ins and movie marathons
* Finished crochet projects
