URGENT HIRING for an experienced support worker in The Ponds, NSW. You'll be supporting an NDIS participant with complex behavioural and mental health needs — 2 shifts per week, Wed & Fri, 2:15–6:00 PM.

What we're looking for:
-Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
-Experience with complex behaviours & mental health
-Calm, patient, and consistent communication style
-Valid driver's licence + reliable car
-Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ✅
-Working With Children Check (WWC) ✅
-All cultural backgrounds welcome

Supports include community access, meal prep, behaviour strategy implementation, and emotional regulation.
