Bellingen Wellness

Bellingen Wellness To soften. To land. To be held. Some spaces ask you to become more. This is a place where you can simply be. Here, every treatment begins with listening.

A holistic health space in Bellingen, NSW, offering massage, skin, facial therapy, rituals, psychotherapy, somatic therapy, energetic acupuncture, curated products, and community gatherings. Bellingen Wellness was created with the intention of offering care that honours the whole person. A space where massage, skin therapy, psychotherapy, somatic therapy, energetic acupuncture, and ritual come together through a shared philosophy of presence, compassion, and genuine connection. To the body. To your story. To what is asking for attention beneath the surface. We believe wellbeing isn't something to chase. It's something we return to, gently and often. Through our practitioners, our products, our gatherings, and our community, our hope is to create a space where care extends beyond appointments and becomes part of everyday life. A place to soften. A place to reconnect. A place to return.

Pulling is more than a technique. It's a conversation with the body.

A gentle invitation toward expansion.

Every stretch, traction, and lengthening movement creates space through muscles, fascia, and joints that spend much of their lives under compression.

But beneath the physical response is something deeper. The nervous system feels it too.

The body begins to unwind.

Breath returns.
Guarding softens.

What was gripping begins to let go.

Because often the body doesn't need more force.

It needs more space.

for a decade, endometriosis and adenomyosis have had a grip on my life

three laparoscopies
countless flares
more hospitalisations than i'd like to admit
moments where i felt trapped in my own body

today, i wanted to take a moment for the scars

the little faint markings that will forever rest on my belly

not because i celebrate what endometriosis has taken from me
but because these scars are a map of where i've been

they tell the story of a body that endured
a womb that demanded to be heard
and a woman who never stopped searching for answers

they remind me of every appointment, every surgery, every setback, and every time i had to learn how to trust my body again

for a long time, i believed surgery was my only option
and while it has played an important role in my journey, it wasn't everything

after three times under the knife, i learned something important

you can remove the disease and still be left tending the relationship

the relationship with pain
the relationship with fear
the relationship with disconnection

surgery removed the lesions (for a while before they grew back)

but it did not heal my relationship with my womb
that came later

what changed everything was learning that healing endo wasn't only something that happened in an operating theatre

it was found in the small rituals
in the food i ate
the herbs i took
the nervous system i prioritised

the moments of slowness
the moments of listening
the moments of choosing connection over battle

the things that helped me reconnect with my womb instead of only fighting it

one of those has been 'tutti womb oil' 🌷

i've used it consistently for years, and it has become one of the most supportive tools in my belt
not just for physical comfort, but for the relationship it helped me rebuild with my body

a gentle reminder that there are often more pathways available to us than we realise

this post is for the women who have walked this path before me
for the women walking it beside me now
the women who are yet to discover they are on it

the ones searching for answers
advocating to be heard
learning to trust their bodies once again

i see you
i feel you
i applaud you

with love, hannah 🤍

some people will never understand
how healing it is

to be met
without rush

without demand

without needing to explain your exhaustion

just steady hands
unwavering presence
warm oil
rhythm
breath

and a body slowly remembering
that safety is not a concept

it is a feeling

i gave my mum our 'radiant facial' yesterday

there's something so special about caring for the women who continue to care for us

this treatment is more than skincare
it's rest
nourishment
reverence

if your skin (and nervous system) have been asking for some love lately

this is your sign 🤍
