Distractions will always be there.
What if you put them to the side today, and focused on your whole, wise, being?

Prayer is for everyone, Dear One.
It is independent of beliefs because the intent of gratitude and well-wishing are powerful harmonisers indeed.
To pray often, with a grateful heart, fiercely and with love as though your wants, needs and deepest desires in alignment with Divine harmony, have already been met.
Powerful.
