As you are probably aware, I am authoring 'Love is Divine' on Substack, www.michellecowles.substack.com - usually posting 3 articles a week about all things metaphysical, how we integrate Divine knowing, and uploading healing meditations. Oh yes 💛

Here's to the bridge-builders, the hand-holders, the light-bringers, those extraordinary souls wrapped in ordinary lives who quietly weave threads of humanity into an inhumane world.
They are the unsung heroes in a world at war with itself.
They are the whisperers of hope that peace is possible.
Look for them in this present darkness.
Light your candle with their flame. And then go.
Build bridges. Hold hands.
Bring light to a dark and desperate world.
Be the hero you are looking for.
Peace is possible.
It begins with us ..

Change is guaranteed x

Illusions are falling and we are seeing truth in all its glory triggering the rise of old emotions and feelings. Deeply buried emotions are rising to be seen, acknowledged, processed and released. As we move into the energies of the Full Moon Eclipse these emotions will intensify pushing us towards the healing that is needed.

We can no longer function, operate or live as we once did and this becomes more apparent as the energies of this eclipse season unfold. You have outgrown so much and many of the roles, responsiblities and ways of living and being of the past no longer fit. What was relevant and supportive in the past may no longer be so and as such changes will be required. Remember that you are stronger than you know and all that it has taken to bring you to this point has prepared you for all that you encounter. You have the choice to react or respond. Be mindful of your thoughts, words and actions as they will determine how you experience this eclipse season.- Kate Spreckley

Pain + Vice = Self Soothing
Whether numbing, or a vice that causes us to be shunned, we effectively create a barrier our sub-conscious mind is using to protect us but is not sustainable without long term consequences. Why? Because our pain is designed to move us forward - emotionally, spiritually and sometimes even physically.

Through our pain and challenges, we are pushed forward by our Higher Self and Divine Blueprint to learn to restore our state of pure love. How can we forgive…?
