Dinner tonight is my version of spaghetti bolognese!

I have replaced the spaghetti with zucchini zoodles - there are 4 zucchini’s in this dish as the often reduce down to half the size!

I have made the sauce from scratch using organic tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper, garlic, sugar and our Oregano Essential Oil.

And last but not least I have used a four beans for the mince! 🍝 Yum! 😍

What’s for dinner in your house tonight? Do you have your own version of spaghetti bolognese?

Do you know why I added sugar to my sauce?

Throwback to when I was giving the race car engine a bit of a tune up 🏁🙌🏼 You never know the power of Essential Oils 😉

Oils come with us to every race meet. On race day we use the oils for:
+ Cooling down our bodies
+ To calm nerves
+ To help with focus
+ To help with manifesting a positive outcome
+ To help with pesky mozzies when camping the night
+ To help with energy and alertness for the drive home
+ and so much more!

The power of doTERRA Essentials Oils never cease to amaze me 😍

Here we have Basil, and once upon a time the only time I would whip it out was when I was cooking something Italian 🍕

But now I am forever exploring and learning that these oils are so much more then what is expected of them. Who would have thought Basil has these amazing emotional benefits?

It’s a little like the old saying - “don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Pretty amazing gifts hey? ☺️🌸

🌸 Creating healthy habits 🌸

Ouch something becomes a habit it is too hard not to do! I have be working on getting myself into some healthy habits.

One habit I’ve been working on is Oil Pulling every morning. 🙌🏼

So what is Oil Pulling?

In short it is an age old remedy that involves swishing oil (usually coconut oil) in your mouth for up to 20 minutes to improve oral health.

Oil pulling has a variety of amazing benefits! I was so surprised at what just simply swishing coconut oil around in you mouth can do! 😱 And if you add in a doTERRA Essential Oil or two you have an amazing combo!

Do you want to know more? Stay tuned to find out more! ☺️
