Wild Orange Wellbeing - Tanika McLennan 🍊Cycle Syncing Educator
🍊Holistic Women's Health Coach
🍊Animal Lover
🍊doTERRA Wellness A I began my journey with dōTERRA in August 2016.

I was originally interested in using the oils to address Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and I’m so happy to be able to share that since December 2016, I haven’t needed to take any synthetic drugs or painkillers. I was so impressed with the results, I felt that I needed to share these amazing oils and help other people and so, Wild Orange Wellbeing was born. I’ve now replaced the majority of my

first aid kit, toiletries and cleaning products with doTERRA’s Essential Oils and other products. Reducing my toxic load has made a massive difference to my wellbeing and being able to support my condition naturally, with no side effects is so empowering. I want to help as many people as I possibly can to take the low-tox journey and improve their life and the lives of their loved ones. If you’d like to take the journey with me, send a private message and I’ll be in touch to work out the best way for you to get started # # #

You know those sunsets that look absolutely spectacular in real life but a bit… meh… in photos? Yeah, this was one of them! I guess it’s a reminder that some things are just meant to be experienced, not captured!

Sometimes the things we see as our greatest flaws are quietly creating beauty we can’t yet see. Your scars, your mistakes, your sensitivities, your struggles… they may not be evidence that you’re broken. They may be evidence that you’re human.

The world doesn’t need you to be perfect. It needs you to be authentically you🌻

Nobody talks about the cost of becoming self aware.

You start noticing the patterns you used to ignore. You catch yourself before reacting the way you always have. You become conscious of your wounds, your triggers, your people pleasing, your self sabotage.

And suddenly you can’t unknow what you know.

The problem is, awareness doesn’t automatically equal healing. There’s a season where you’re aware enough to see the problem but not yet healed enough to stop it completely. And honestly? That can feel exhausting.

You question yourself more. You take responsibility for your choices. You outgrow conversations, habits and sometimes even people.

But the alternative is staying asleep to the things that are keeping you stuck.

Self awareness isn’t always comfortable… Sometimes it’s the most expensive thing you’ll ever invest in.

But eventually, it pays you back with freedom.

Sometimes it feels like you have to do everything on your own. Like leaning on anyone will be too heavy, too risky or too much.

I see you.

You’ve learned to protect yourself because the world didn’t always feel safe. You’ve built walls because it was the only way to survive. And that’s okay… it kept you standing when things got hard.

But here’s the quiet truth: you don’t have to carry everything alone forever. You can let someone in, in small ways, at your own pace. You can take up space without fear. You can be seen without having to shrink.

It’s safe to rest. It’s safe to be soft… And even if you’ve been hurt before, you’re allowed to be held now.

This old machine is on what was once our family farm. As I drove past recently, my mind wandered back to the day Dad moved it under the tree so he didn’t have to seed around it. I don’t think there was much thought put into whether it looked good there. It was just a practical decision made by a farmer trying to make the job easier.

And yet, all these years later, it looks like it was always meant to be there.

Funny how life works like that sometimes. The things we carefully plan don’t always turn out as expected, while the things we do without much thought somehow become part of the landscape of our lives… A reminder that not everything has to be perfectly planned. Sometimes the unplanned things just find their place naturally.

Once in a blue moon… did you know tonight’s moon is a blue moon? A blue moon is the name for the second full moon in a calendar month. Since a moon cycle is 29.5 days, it’s quite rare for 2 full moons to fall in the same month… in fact it only happens once every two and half to three years. Which means if you’re lucky enough to live to 80, you’ll only see around 30 of them in your lifetime.

Thirty.

Suddenly it doesn’t seem like just another Sunday night… So what are you going to do tonight that only happens once in a blue moon?
