We're in the middle of packing boxes and we couldn't be more excited.

Tomorrow night, we open the doors at 21 Wills Street for the very first time for our exclusive launch night.

Tickets are sold out and we cannot wait to welcome everyone who is joining us for this very special evening.

Our doors open for bookings on Monday 11 May.

This week, we say goodbye to the space that started it all.

McCrae Street has been our home for a long time. It's where we figured out what kind of clinic we wanted to be.

Where we sat with clients who came in unsure and left feeling like they finally understood their skin.

Where the team became a team.

We are incredibly grateful for every single person who has walked through that door.

We are open today, Tuesday 5 May. After that, we close up, pack everything carefully, and move to our new home at 21 Wills Street.

We reopen for appointments from Monday 12 May.

If you have been meaning to book something at the current location, today is your last chance. Otherwise, we would love to see you at the new space from 12 May.

Most people come in not knowing what to expect.

And honestly? That's completely normal.

A lot of our clients have had experiences at other clinics that left them feeling pushed into things they weren't sure about, or like they didn't fully understand what was happening and why.

So here's exactly what a consultation at The Skin House looks like.

We start by listening. Not pitching. Not recommending treatments before we've heard your story. Just listening.

We ask about your skin history.
What you've tried.
What's worked.
What hasn't.
What worries you.
What you actually want.

Then we look at your skin properly and talk you through what we're seeing in plain language.

No jargon. No pressure. No "you really should be doing this" energy.

From there, we put together a picture of what might actually help, and why. You leave with clarity, not confusion.

Whether you book anything or not, you leave knowing more about your own skin than when you walked in. That's the point.

You can book at our current location up until Tuesday 5 May.

From Tuesday 12 May, we're open and welcoming you at our new home, 21 Wills Street Bendigo.
