It has been so special watching friendships form over the weeks, and seeing new faces join us each Sunday. I really do love starting these mornings with a walk and chat with these incredible humans💫

We are offering two classes:
• April 8th
• April 15th
Come to one or both classes🤍

These classes are designed for those who have never stepped foot into a studio, come try something new and have fun! 🫶

📍 New meeting spot/time: Rosalind Park (not Lake Weeroona) at 9:45am to commence the walk at 10am
Same easy pace, same friendly faces - just extra purpose behind every step. All are welcome to join our team!

Oh but darling… if we don’t dance when we hear the music, what are we even doing?

Life gets busy and somehow joy becomes something we put off for later. This is your reminder that movement can just be fun - laughing with friends, moving your body and not taking it so seriously.

If dancing feels a little scary but also exciting, my beginner Galentine’s Dance Class is for you 🌷
