A clootie well is a holy well or sacred spring, almost always with a tree growing beside it, a place where small strips of cloth or ribbons are left as part of a healing ritual. Clootie wells are places of pilgrimage usually found in Celtic areas.

I visited Munlochy Clootie well in Scotland and the magic and mystery was felt.

Not a whisper of wind in the leaves and yet this piece of cloth swayed and spoke as we offered our gift of cloth, meaning something sacred to us.

Time to record!!
Putting together some instructional Reiki videos for all the past and present Reiki students attuned to Level 1 & 2.

There is a lot of information to absorb when learning Reiki and it can be overwhelming when first starting out. Reiki is also a very intuitive practice, which develops over time.

So to support you even more, the upcoming video series will be available for you to watch on YouTube, so that you may deepen your practice.

Dates for Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunements in 2025 will be available in the coming weeks. So if Reiki has been calling you, this is the time to step in, to learn, to receive, to expand…

Finding your Purpose through Presence

Remaining present in the moment is how we align with our purpose. Each breath is an invitation to return to now-this very heartbeat, this fleeting sunrise, this connection with another soul.

The present moment is where life unfolds, where gratitude grows, and where we find clarity for the journey ahead.

When we stop chasing and start embracing, purpose reveals itself in the simplest of acts: the smile we share, the effort we give, the love we express.

So today, slow down. Be here. And trust that by living fully in this moment, your purpose will shine through, one choice, one heartbeat at a time.

In the blink of an eye and it’s December!!

I would love to see you in December, and support you at the end of this year. And to make it a little more enticing and an added bonus, I have discounted ALL appointments for the month of December.

Wednesday night meditation will continue at the Longlea studio from 6pm -7.15pm.

Thursday nights meditation will now be held in Pall Mall from 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
