Hiring: Dedicated Support Workers Needed!

Hi all,
We are looking for dedicated support workers for the following shifts. You must have a minimum of one year of experience within the NDIS space doing support work. This must be proven via reference calls. Your resume must be sent with a CV. We do not want emails of just a PDF attachment of a resume. We want someone who is showing interest.
Requirements:
Must have CPR and first aid
Must have a roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance
Must have manual handling training
Must have all NDIS commissioned e-learning modules:Worker Orientation Module 🧑🏫
Supporting Effective Communication Module 💬
Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module 🍽️
New Worker NDIS Induction Module 📚
Must have the NDIS worker's clearance
Must have 100 points of ID
Must have infection prevention and control of COVID-19 training 🦠
Must have a working with children's check 👶
Must be willing to complete our e-learning platform inductions
Must hold a valid WA driver's license 🚗
Must have a Cert 3 in individualized support 🎓
Shift Details:
Huntingdale: (Female support worker only)Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Female, hoist trained, team player)
Wilson: (Female support worker only)Mondays: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Wednesdays & Fridays: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
(Female, experience with schizophrenia, mature 25-40 years old, extremely patient, able to help plan the day)
Westminster: (Male support worker only)Mondays: 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
(Male, 18-30 years old, into computer coding, able to play Minecraft)
Innaloo/Balcatta: (Prefer male, but females fine)Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM
(Preferably male, females fine, consistent, good conversationalist)
East Perth: (Male support worker only)Fridays & Tuesdays: 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Sundays: 9:15 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM
(Male, experienced, fluent in English, 25-50 years old, knowledgeable about Perth, into skateboarding, comfortable with Christian faith, particularly Baptist Church)
Butler: (Male support worker only)Tuesdays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
(Male, 18-30 years old, motivate to gym, enjoys walking around shopping center, Pokémon Go)
Scarborough: (Any gender)Wednesdays & Fridays: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
(Female client, any gender support worker, must be patient)
Belmont: (Prefer male)Wednesdays: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Fridays: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
(Male, experienced, 25-50 years old, able to follow a strict behavior support plan, firm and strict)
Langford/Midland/Thornlie: (Any gender)Tuesdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Random Wednesdays: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
(Male or female, mature, respectful, fluent in English, able to help with social programs and errands)
Madora Bay: (Male support worker only)Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
(Male, role model, mentor for a 15-year-old, enjoys community access, scooter, BMX, four-wheel drive preferred)
Highgate: (Prefer male, but any gender)Fridays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
(Male or female, Muslim, help with spirituality, cleaning, meal prep, calming during auditory hallucinations)
