Kinesiology Technique.
The most common & used technique in kinesiology. Something you can simply do everyday to bring clam & ease overwhelm. Amazing for hightened emotions or feeling disconnect.
This technique is phenomenal for kids & helping regulate emotions.
I use it many times per day when I need to ground myself or feeling stressed.
The most simplest but most effective.
Place your hand over your forehead close your eyes & breath.
Bring your focus to your hand & start to connect with how your feeling.
Hold for as long as you feel you need. Release when ready.

Absolutely can!!!!!
As a parent all we want for our children is to help them as best we can through areas & things they face in life. We can’t stop things but we can most definitely give them the tools they require to assist.
How incredibly beautiful it is for a parent to help give our children ways to support their emotions, regulate their nervous system & help with areas of difficulty.
I wish I had this as a young child.

STRESS..
It’s something we all experience everyday in some form.
It’s something we are all carrying big or little.
It’s something we all store in our bodies from the moment we are are an Embryo in womb till the moment we leave this world.
It’s something we feel physically,emotionally & mentally.
It’s something we are all exposed to Daily, from others, TV, Social media, exposure to chemicals, Foods, Work etc.
It’s something you may not think you have (‘I’m not stress at all’) is the common saying, but we ALL hold stress even if you don’t feel it at the time.
ITS SOMETHING WE CANT AVOID.
But how we learn to notice it, feel it & move through it to manage ourselves is something we are never taught but something so incredibly needed.
Our Brain & Bodies are incredible things so important we utilize the tools to look after them.
Kinesiology works directly with unpacking, diffusing & shifting stress from our bodies. There are many ways I do this in session & teach you so that each day you can limit the impact of stress.

Muscle Motoring aka Muscle Testing
This incredible technique is what we use to communicate with the body. I use gentle touch just above the wrist using an indicator muscle either the Anterior Deltoid or the Bracioradialis. Switching these muscles on you get an indicator change (lock & unlock)
This connect me to the the subconscious via the conscious body to find emotions blocking & what your body needs to shift & move forward.

The most beautiful & exciting sessions happen when a client comes & doesn’t know what they want to work on or why they are there.
It means we can ask your body what it needs to move. What it requires to gain balance.
It can be a beautiful modality to add into your self care regimen for Mental Self care & Physical self care.
We all experience different emotions & stresses on a daily basis & this modality can just balance & shift those things we don’t need or don’t serve us.
It works in harmony with physical things we do to help elevate them.

Kinesiology is largely based on the Chinese meridian system.
Unlike Acupuncture which uses Needles & other tools. Kinesiology uses light massage & holding points to move Chi (life force energy) through the body.
We have points on the foot (walking gait reflexes) connected to each meridian system in the body. Firmly massaging these can help make you feel more grounded & give you energy.
Try massaging the kidney point on your foot to raise your energy, ground yourself & release anxiety.
Massage firmly until you feel yourself take a deep breath & exhale.

Breath & Stillness ✨
The power of our breath is a tool we all have & use daily to survive, but we don’t use to our true ability or disregard it as a means of just oxygen.
Used properly it can create calm, healing & easy anxiety & depression.
It connects our mind & physical body together. It sh*ts stored emotions & traumas stored in the body which then flows to our physical body.
2 simple techniques to try -
✨Close the eyes, place the palm of 1 hand on your forehead & the other on your chest. Deep inhale in for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale Deep through your mouth for 3 long counts (let all the air out)
Do this for a min of 5 rounds.
- this will connect your mind & body, calm the mind, brings focus & can shift overwhelm & negative thought patterns.
✨Close the eyes, place the palm of 1 hand on your chest & the other on your navel or womb. Deep inhale in for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale Deep through your mouth for 3 long counts (let all the air out)
Do this for a min of 5 rounds.
- this can connect your heart & your stomach which can move feelings of anxiety & will ground you back into your body.
By simply breathing you can alter your day.
