1️⃣ Wash the area with soap.
2️⃣ Apply ice wrapped in a thin cloth or use cool running water.
3️⃣ Keep the area clean and dry.

Our Pharmacist can advise you on the best antihistamine or corticosteroid cream to help reduce swelling, itching, and pain relief if needed.
