Jamie Anderson once said of grief, "It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go."

Today, we pause to remember and honour our beloved colleague and friend, Psychologist Elani de la Rey, on the anniversary of her passing.

Elani touched the lives of many through her compassion, wisdom and unwavering commitment to supporting others. Her legacy reminds us of the profound difference kindness, connection and understanding can make — particularly during life’s most difficult moments.

Today, we also hold space for everyone affected by cancer: those currently navigating a diagnosis or treatment, those supporting a loved one, those living beyond cancer, and those carrying the memory of someone they have lost.

At Zest Infusion, we recognise that every cancer journey is deeply personal. May today be a reminder that no one should have to walk it alone. 💛
