The Support at Home program introduces a new approach to home care, designed to make services simpler, clearer, and easier to access. It replaces the Home Care Package system and introduces quarterly budgets, clearer funding guidelines, and faster access to assistive technology and home modifications.

Participants now contribute to services through a per-service co-contribution depending on the type of support they receive, with rates determined by Services Australia.

At Dovida, our local team works alongside patients and health professionals to help people understand their funding, navigate the new system, and access personalised care that supports independence and wellbeing at home.

Our auditorium signage is now officially installed at the Donald Simpson Centre and will be proudly displayed for the next 3 years. Being part of something like this, especially as the first of its kind, is such a privilege.

It’s more than just signage. It represents growth, connection, and the positive impact being created within the community. Seeing the centre reach its highest membership registrations makes it even more meaningful.

Grateful to be part of something that continues to bring people together and support the community in such a powerful way.
