g on body functions, resulting in health issues. Our goal is to make you feel better, and reduce the risk of long term illness. Treatment involves more natural methods, including food therapy, and limiting the need for more invasive treatments where possible. Treatment may consist of:

The world’s biggest ultra-processed food companies have filed scores of lawsuits challenging government policies that tackle junk diets, the Guardian can reveal.

Ultra-processed food (UPF) is linked to harm in every major organ system of the human body and poses a seismic threat to global health. Worldwide consumption is rising and UPF now makes up as much as half the average diet in many countries, including the UK, the US and Australia.

Mandatory seafood country-of-origin labelling

"Seafood labelling laws will be changing. From Wednesday 1 July 2026, business's will need to tell customers if the seafood they serve is Australian, imported or both."

Hospitality businesses will soon need to say where their seafood comes from.
