I am having a relax, healing week at Chenrezig Institute, at the foothills of Maleny (Qld).

Here is a great example of rainforest coming back to life. 50 years left to itself mostly, restores to its former glory. Every time I come back, it just gets better.

A hidden gem. The cafe food and coffee is delightful. There is always some kind of healing therapy here, from massage to yoga, to art to meditation, what ever.

Or even learn a little of the wisdom that Buddhism can offer.

I am seeking wisdom to help with my understanding of emotions through learning about compassion. For ever I have hidden from emotions because I did not know how to deal with them. Now, I am on a journey to learn.

The Buddha that this place is named after is all about compassion. With compassion, we can end sufferring.
