Today is a reminder that a simple conversation can make a difference.

At Evermore Disability Services, caring for people means more than providing support — it means taking the time to listen, connect and genuinely ask:

“Are you OK?”

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply being there and listening without judgement is enough to help someone feel heard and supported.

🌼 Evermore’s Biggest Morning Tea 🌼
What a beautiful morning we shared in support of the Cancer Council!

We came together as a community to raise awareness, enjoy some tea and treats, and most importantly — show love and solidarity for those affected by cancer.

Thanks to your generosity, we raised an amazing $2,325! Every dollar will go toward cancer research, support programs, and prevention efforts that save lives. 💛

A special highlight of the day was recognising Shurooq Al-Hatem, one of our most dedicated support workers, for her exceptional 3 years of service. Your compassion and commitment are truly inspiring.
