I am applying my knowledge, experience and intuition to this unexpected chapter of my life. While pain may be the catalyst, this diary is really about the journey itself - listening, learning, seeking answers, and noticing what unfolds along the way.
I do not yet know where this journey will lead. However, I felt it was important to document what happens as I navigate both the physical and spiritual aspects of what I am experiencing.

ART & STORY ONLINE CLASSES - Expressions of interest please - I am trying to confirm if there is interest in online art classes for children and young teens.
These sessions are a calm and welcoming space to explore art and story in a gentle way - where imagination, curiosity, and quiet expression are all valued.
Children may draw, write, or simply sit and take part in their own way. Without pressure to speak, share, or perform. This space is especially supportive for those who are shy, sensitive, or neurodivergent, and who may feel more comfortable observing or working quietly.
Classes would be online after school Sydney time starting between 4.30 to 6pm (subject to revision and interest).
