Hi everyone I’m Lauren the founder of
Devine Earth I am also the curator of our Live weekly crystal sales on Facebook which have been running for over six years now!
Our business definitely runs different to most in that everything is created with precision and intention. Every crystal is carefully hand sourced, every supplier is scrupulously researched to make sure their approaches are ethical and quality is the best possible.
We keep our orders small with an eye for quality. We aren’t another overstocked big supplier with random things that are just thrown into boxes.
We put a lot of time, love and energy into clearing and balancing every Crystal that arrives including using Crystal bowls as shown below to balance the Crystal’s energy so when you receive them they are pure and perfect for supporting your journey. We also are constantly learning and researching the many types of crystals available to support you all with as much knowledge as possible.
Being a small business that handpicks our stock with a lot of time and energy put into offering the highest quality crystals and buying experience possible we rely on our customers to pay their orders in a timely manner.
This week I have noticed that we have a few invoices building up that have been sitting for a week or two, some lay-buys are also falling behind by a few payments as well.
We appreciate that most of you are good at paying things on time, but ignoring reminder emails or regularly falling a week or two late on order payments may lead to us bringing in restrictions to purchasing on our live events as it is so important for us to keep our business in flow and pay our own bills as well as our suppliers on time to keep doing what we do.
Thank you all for your understanding on our 48 hour payment policy, we do have a variety of payment plan options available as well which we are happy to discuss to help you out if need be.
Communication goes along way please make sure if you’re having issues paying orders that you get in touch as soon as possible rather than pretending that there’s no issue, please also make sure if you hop on our live events that you have money to pay for the items that you’re claiming so that other customers don’t miss out and also so that our business can continue to run smoothly doing what we love.
