✨Healing and ability to heal ourselves

One of the most wonderful things I see in people who come in for an energy healing session is when they are completely open and surprised by their own ability to heal themselves as well as their ability to connect to their own higher guidance once they are relaxed and in the right energy.

I’ve had a few memorable clients recently that had really lovely feedback from their session showing just how amazing energy healing is for helping them reconnect to self and their own ability to heal self.

My first time healing Client this week didn’t know what it was all about just felt they wanted to try energy healing and the session does involve more than sending energy. I guide the Client into connecting with their breath to calm their body, and mind as they drop into a meditative and open state where healing and relaxation comes naturally.

My Client this week mentioned at the end of their healing session that they noticed as they breathed out they could feel the breath energy flowing through them all the way to their feet.  They seemed amazed by this possibility but also were impressed how relaxed they felt after the session.

My hope is that in the sessions I offer I can empower people to more easily drop into this state of relaxation - but also this is a great space to start if you’re struggling to relax and don’t even understand how to meditate or guide your body to let go of heaviness.

Some of my other clients have also mentioned seeing loved ones in spirit, seeing colours or even spirit guides on their first session. Well, I can’t guarantee this result every time I can guarantee if you come in with an open mind and heart that you will leave feeling lighter and more connected to self.
