Not something to be fixed, but used as a map for deeper exploration & understanding.

Sage is a powerful plant medicine for the season of autumn & the season of menopause. She helps us to use our fire within & reclaim our voice to burn off what we have abandoned within ourselves.

A bunch of women learning to trust themselves, their intuition, finding their truth & their creatrix power within ✨💜🌈🙏🏼

Night One we delved into what is energy & how do we cut, clear & protect our energy. Where have we been leaking energy & giving our power away? How do we take our power back & create our life through energy! ✨

Night two was the deep dive into trust in self, trust in higher guidance & bringing that light source energy through us to alchemise & clear what’s ready to go.

To be witness to these souls who just stepped into the healing table space with their innate abilities, their intuition & higher self guiding the way… just blew my mind!!

She reminds us of our sacred voice, our inner power, our wisdom & our time to stand in our truth.

She shows us how to honour this season we are in no matter what stage of life you are navigating.

She says...You don't need fixing, you and your body just need a space to be heard, seen and held.

In sacred ceremony we sit and honour the spirit of plant. We sit with her as tea to drink her medicine and journey with the drum to gain wisdom and insight.

Autumn brings the energy of slowing down, reflecting on your heightened outward summer journey, harvesting & preparing for the inward journey into Winter. Where we cocoon, find comfort & nourishment.

This time of year brings the coolness on the air. Perfect time to light the indoor fire, sip plants as medicine & land on my healing table for that extra nourishment & support.

A healing ritual massage reminds the body to gently let go, the fire builds warmth & burns off what’s ready to leave. Plant medicine is the key to get energy moving.
