This is the second Full Moon within the month of May, so this Blue Moon carries amplified energy, often illuminating profound insights, unexpected awakenings and life-changing shifts 💙

Guided by the expansive wisdom of Sagittarius, this moon encourages you to release limiting beliefs, broaden your perspective and trust in the greater vision for your life. It shines a light on what you have outgrown, helping bring closure to old cycles while inspiring authentic self-expression and personal freedom 💙

For me, this Blue Moon is also a time of honouring the passing of a beautiful client and rare palm reader, Katherina, who became a deeply cherished friend and will forever hold a special place in my heart. As she returns to Spirit today, it feels as though this sacred Blue Moon shines in tribute to her journey home now 🪽💙✨️

So beautiful to see the sun shining again today, and even more beautiful to witness this radiant soul gently releasing the limiting beliefs that no longer serve her, allowing her true light to shine more brightly ✨

She embraced every step of Pillar 1 of her Soul Purpose Discovery with such openness and courage, learning to become more resilient to the thoughts and opinions of others, while continuing to move forward with trust and strength ✨️

It was truly beautiful to witness the transformation unfold so naturally and powerfully in the moment ✨️💛✨️

Teenage boys often move through an intense period of growth and change — physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Rapid physical development, neurological reorganisation, and the pressures of school, friendships, identity, and expectations can create deep imbalances within them. This can show up as exhaustion, irritability, emotional shutdown, frustration, or the moody behaviour so often dismissed as simply “teenage attitude.”

Yet beneath it all is a young man trying to find his place, his balance, and his inner sense of self. When a young man becomes more centred, his energy can begin to settle into a steady inner compass — guiding him with greater clarity, calm, and quiet confidence.

Having a teenage son, and assisting many other teenage boys, I have found that gentle healing support, such as Reiki energy healing and spiritual guidance, can help restore balance within his mind, body, and emotions, allowing him to feel more grounded, supported, and connected to his inner wisdom ✨️

By nurturing their emotional and energetic wellbeing during these formative years, parents can help their son feel safer within himself, more understood, and better equipped to navigate life with greater resilience, openness, and self-awareness✨️

As this beautiful soul stepped into Pillar 3 of her Soul Purpose Discovery journey yesterday, I found out she has passed through a major ending and a beautiful new beginning over the last few weeks, since she completed Pillar 2.

She embraced what most would have deemed to be 'unfair', and saw the blessing as it continued to reveal itself with faith in Spirit but mostly in herself to just keep stepping forward with Trust🙏💛✨️

Pillar 3 now gives her the strength to continue moving forward, whilst using the forces of Nature, the 4 elements - Earth, Fire, Air & Water - to strengthen her mindset, raise her vibration and embrace the shifts of new beginnings. She is truly a Warrior of formidable determination that continues to rise despite the obstacles that have surrounded her ✨️💛✨️
