Picture an iceberg.
That 10% which is visible is your conscious self. That part of you which you are aware of. Your current reality and how you are living it.
Now. Picture the rest is the iceberg. The submerged part. Your subconscious.
This is where everything that makes up you is buried. Your past hurts and traumas. Your emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, blockages, limitations, hurts, fears.
A lifetime of things that you have stuffed down over the years. The things you will 'deal with later'. The things in the 'too hard' basket. The things that you are unaware of.
But just because all of this stuff is buried, does not mean that it is forgotten. Your body remembers. Your mind remembers.
Every time you hesitate, doubt yourself, beat up on yourself or just give up, it is this buried cache of forgotten, ignored and dismissed 'stuff' that is keeping you where you are.
Quietly, over time, manifesting as physical ailments, chronic diseases, mental illnesses. Emotional breakdowns. And chronic stress.
You are not broken. You do not have incurable conditions. But what you DO have is a lifetime of unresolved issues.
You may not consciously think that all of those little things you stuffed down over time really matter. They were such minor issues.
But they do. And they have a cumulative affect on you, your health and your physical and emotional well being.
This is where Kinesiology can help.
This is the nuts and bolts of our work. Getting into the nitty gritty and unearthing all of that 'stuff'.
So. If you have anything going on in your life, no matter how small or trivial you think it may be, or if you are tired of trying to hold everything together, or have been dismissed by the medical profession as 'having nothing wrong', even though you KNOW things are not quite right, get in touch.
Via messenger, or via our website. We are here to assist you in any way we can.
