This is a 75-minute clinical assessment with Dr Cosima or Nurse Anika, designed to understand your skin and create a personalised plan based on your individual needs.

During your appointment we review your skin history, lifestyle and environmental factors, clinical photography, skin analysis, advanced imaging, and treatment planning.

Following your consultation, eligible new patients may receive a $300 contribution towards an appropriate skin treatment recommended as part of their personalised treatment plan.

The treatment combines two laser wavelengths that work together to address both surface concerns and deeper layers of the skin, supporting overall skin quality and tone.

A few more moments from the night at the Aesthetic Business Awards 2026, because one post just wasn't enough.

There was something really magical about being in a room full of people who genuinely love this industry and want to do it well.

The energy, the conversations, the getting-ready chaos beforehand, all of it.

Which brings me to this.

May is one of my favourite months clinically.

Patients come in looking a little heavier from summer. Not bad. Just like skin that has been working hard and genuinely needs a reset.

Here is what is actually happening inside the skin at this time of year.

UV intensity has dropped.
Pigment production slows.

The skin barrier, which has been under consistent pressure from sun exposure, heat, and sweat, is finally in a position to receive treatment properly rather than resist it.

This is why autumn and early winter consistently produce the best responses to laser and skin protocols.

The skin is ready. The conditions are right. And the treatments we use at this time of year tend to produce the kind of clarity and evenness that summer makes difficult to achieve.

The word 'peel' puts people off.

Visions of red skin, obvious flaking, hiding indoors for a week.

The reality of a well-formulated peel is quite different, and it's worth clearing this up.

Modern peel formulations, particularly brightening blends using acids such as mandelic, kojic, and tranexamic, are designed to resurface without the obvious peeling many people associate with the treatment.

Some light shedding may occur, but it's generally subtle and manageable.
