I think this is why so many nurses are choosing to go independent. It gives us the ability to offer better pricing, longer appointment times and much more personalised care.
It’s the little extras that can make such a difference adding LED at the end of a treatment, giving someone a proper cleanse if their skin needs it, or combining treatments like microneedling when appropriate to help improve brightness and overall skin quality, without charging for every small add-on.
You have more time to actually look at the person’s skin, work out what they need and give them a really considered treatment rather than rushing them through an appointment.
