Ok so a sauna outdoors is cool, but so is an ice bath. Very proud of this partnership with THE SUN RANCH which boasts this epic backdrop for our ice bath.

Right next to it is their fire sauna, which goes hand in hand with an icey refresh post your sauna.

Never mind the stay itself; which is a must-do if you visit Byron anytime soon.

It’s a month and year of of milestones and a real trip down memory lane. This year alone we’ve:

- We’ve bespoke saunas to our repertoire

- Held our sixth Welcome Your Wellbeing Day

But most of all, thank you for being part of community. And for trusting our voice when it comes to health and preventative living.

Loved our stay at The StandardX, Melbourne in Fitzroy near our studio where we activated our LED red light therapy and compression boots recovery, in the lounge.

And yes, it was super relaxing. Could have slept there all night!
